Victory Alloy Co., Ltd., located in Jiangsu Province, China, operates a modern, specialized manufacturing facility dedicated to the R&D, melting, processing, and precision production of high-performance biomedical alloys. We strictly adhere to ISO 13485 quality management system for medical devices, equipped with vacuum arc remelting (VAR), precision heat treatment, cold working lines, and advanced physical & chemical testing laboratories to ensure every batch meets the highest medical-grade standards.
Our factory supplies core raw materials to global leaders in cardiovascular interventions, orthopedic implants, dental restorations, and minimally invasive surgical instruments. Production Strengths & Facilities
Located in the core area of Titanium Valley in Jiangsu Province, China, our production facility spans over 12000㎡, divided into six functional zones: melting, heat treatment, cold working, finishing, clean inspection, and R&D center. Key equipment includes:

Vacuum arc remelting (VAR) furnaces and vacuum induction melting systems for ultra-high purity with minimal inclusions (≤5μm)

Precision forging presses, rolling mills, wire drawing machines, and rotary swaging equipment supporting full-range production from Φ200mm ingots to Φ0.1mm fine wires

Controlled-atmosphere continuous heat treatment and aging furnaces for precise transformation temperature control (Af variation within ±2°C)

Imported direct-reading spectrometers, H/O/N analyzers, SEM, fatigue testers, and biocompatibility testing systems forming a complete quality loop
We implement full-process digital management, enabling complete batch traceability from raw material incoming to finished product outgoing, meeting the most stringent customer requirements for every medical alloy wire, rod, plate, and tube. Jiangsu’s superior industrial infrastructure, logistics, and talent resources provide strong support for our high-standard production.
