Product Description

Introduction:

Incoloy 825 alloy wire is a corrosion-resistant alloy wire, mainly composed of nickel, chromium and copper, with excellent properties for chemical industry applications. Its chemical composition includes nickel (minimum content is 38%), chromium (19.5-23.5%), copper (1.5-3.0%), and contains elements such as iron, molybdenum and titanium.

This alloy wire has excellent corrosion resistance and performs well in acidic, alkaline and oxidizing environments. It has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, excellent resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, and good corrosion resistance to various chemical media such as sulfuric acid, sulfate, phosphoric acid and acetic acid.
