Introduction:


Monel 400 Strip is a nickel alloy material, mainly composed of nickel, with a minimum nickel content of 63%. It has a density of 8.83 g/cm³ and a melting point between 1300-1350°C. The elongation of this material reaches more than 40%, and the surface treatment is pickled white and bright. The thermal conductivity is 22.6 W/(m·K), the yield strength is 240 MPa, and the tensile strength is between 550 MPa and 690 MPa. The hardness is between HB 75-90. It is mainly used in the field of marine engineering and used in marine structures.
